Business Entrepreneur Ms. Nada Al Alawi visit BIHR

Bahrain Institute of Hospitality and Retail (BIHR) hosted a keynote workshop for its students with Celebrity Guest and successful retail business entrepreneur Ms. Nada Al Alawi.

Along with her sister Noor Alawi she founded the luxury retail lifestyle brand- ANNADA, in 2011,

In collaboration with international artists, they create a stunning fusion of art and fashion-wear inspired by fine artwork of the region. From delicate silk and leather to fine wool and cashmere, their growing collection epitomizes versatility and sartorial grace. It showcases scarves and accessories that represent the personal art collection of H.E. Shaikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa among other Bahraini artists such as Abbas Al Mosawi, Abdul Elah Al Arab, Ebrahim BuSaad, Faika Al Hassan, Hassan Haider, Ghassan Mohsin, Jamal Abdul Rahim, Khalil Al Hashimi, Mariam Fakhro, Nabeela Al Khayer, Omar Al Rashid, Sabine Al Gosaibi and others.

The company has received several awards, including being named among the fastest growing companies in Dubai by VISA and being awarded by The Ministry of Labour in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Bahrain Development Bank.  Ms. Alawi received the 2016 Bahraini Female Entrepreneurship Seal from Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW).
